You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 9kelab's support team immediately via the 24/7 live chat facility. 9kelab will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending a security review.
9kelab is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that may be triggered at account registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 9kelab will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is completed. All transactions on the 9kelab platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 9kelab does not currently support foreign currency accounts; players depositing via cryptocurrency will have their funds converted to the MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 9kelab Account are lawfully yours, that you are not depositing on behalf of a third party, and that your funds are not derived from any illegal activity. 9kelab reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit it deems unusual or potentially suspicious.
9kelab does not charge platform fees on most deposit channels. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond 9kelab's control. Players are responsible for checking the applicable fee schedule of their chosen payment method.
Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
9kelab targets a withdrawal processing time of within 10 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency withdrawals typically process within 15 to 30 minutes following TRON network confirmation. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
9kelab reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending additional verification, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Account policy breach, or unexplained funds. Players will be notified of any such delay and the verification steps required to release the funds.
All promotions, bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by 9kelab are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

9kelab does not have the ability to alter the outcome of any game, as all RNG (Random Number Generator) games are controlled by the third-party provider's certified RNG systems. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values based on long-run statistical performance and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual sessions.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during gameplay, the round in progress at the time of the fault may be voided and stakes returned to your Account balance. In cases where a game result cannot be definitively reconstructed from server logs, the outcome that is most advantageous to the Player may be applied at 9kelab's sole discretion. Any winnings arising from a clearly erroneous display, configuration error, or technical fault that would not have occurred under normal game conditions may be voided.
For sports betting markets, 9kelab reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a manifest odds error, data feed error, or event that contravenes the applicable sports betting rules for that market category. Settlement disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.

Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach of these Terms, 9kelab may withhold or forfeit all or part of the Account balance. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, 9kelab will make reasonable efforts to facilitate the withdrawal of any remaining verified real-money balance.
All content on the 9kelab platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 9kelab or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of 9kelab.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9kelab shall not be liable for:

Your continued use of the platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform and request the closure of your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9kelab holds its operating licence.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and 9kelab, the Player must first raise the matter with 9kelab's customer support team and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution before escalating to any external body. 9kelab is committed to resolving genuine disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant dispute resolution body applicable under 9kelab's operating licence framework. All correspondence relating to formal disputes must be submitted in English.
